The best thing is to be prepared to spring into action a get some good deals when it reveals itself. 

(I saw someone doing this, found materials at a better price (and didn't reveal where I got them) and found new designs to use, so I could offer a similar/better product for cheaper than "my competitors" and still rake in higher profits.

Inspections revealed another $40k to $60k in maintenance I'd get hit with..couldn't make those number works so we walked away. 

The higher sales season of Spring will reveal more of the current RE market and economy.

I see a lot of the same states on your chart that is on mine it just looks like you need to do a bit more homework and layout your date on a spreadsheet so that the numbers will reveal where best to invest, then you can start building your boots on the ground team..... best of luck!

Can you reveal the exact address or area?

It is now discriminatory to refuse an applicant if a background check reveals they have prior evictions.    

Also, I run STRs so it’s better to reveal I’m the owner so I can accommodate my guests as best I can.
