Building, Contracting Etc.....While NJ is a much tougher state to invest in then alot ofo other states there are still deals to be had if you are diligent and look hard enough.There is a Monthly Meeting in Summit NJ thatr takes place on Fridays (I believe it's teh last Fri of every month.

I'd find a way to move the refrigerator if that's possible.If you use a licensed contractor, get permitted, and have it inspected your insurance company will be much happier.They'll have 2 people with deeper pockets to go after when someone gets fried playing with the panel while standing in water.

Then covered the area with hard plastic and then put lava rocks (They last longer then bark) over the top and now I never have to worry about "landscape maintenance" again.
