Nathan, I have to take offense at your suggestion that possibly some landlords  "don't run a tight ship and Tenants are taking advantage of the situation?" 

In this instance, I want to know if the fact that they withheld a legal notice from CE to the Landlord would constitute an egregious enough offense to be able to evict.  

I just find that inference extremely offensive. 

I find it offensive and insulting that you would say that about me, attack my integrity and you don't even know me.

That is a federal offense!

It worked well and helped me grow when I was a pennyless n00b (no offense to anyone in that spot now, we've all been there.  

I always take "offense" (not really, figure of speech) on this last line - that somehow a CPA could serve them better if they are an investor themselves.
