The plumber was able to pull up a clog the first time (the tenants were not there long enough to have made this, we don't believe) and the second time we had it scoped with a camera to reveal some corrosion and damage to the sewage line...We were prepared for cap ex and have a cash reserve but still sucks ha!

I know there have been cases where a live in nanny or housekeeper ended up being able to sue because they were essentially on the clock all the time, so their hourly wage was tiny.
