I suppose you wont get arrested.. but the offending real estate agent/broker at least in our MLS system OR WA is subject to a 20k fine and expulsion.. keep in mind no one wants crooks or thieves having access to the private showing remarks etc.

The most correct term is probably "monthly liability" not "debt," but for the purposes of calculating DTI it's identical.
