Hi everybody,I have been involved in real estate investments for the past year, following a demand from my investors, I began to be interested in the California market with an emphasis on the Bay Area and the East Bay.I came across a property with a foundation problem (from my experience in other markets, as long as it is elaborated in the budget and done by a professional there is no problem with it later) my agent was really against the property because of the foundation problem and said that it would be a problem for me to sell the property after the renovation (again in planning to fix it) Is a property with foundations in this area a deal breaker?
