If there is a surround enclosing the refrigerator, then that too could be considered to make the refrigerator a fixture.If an item is a "fixture" of the house, it stays with the house upon sale (unless prior disclosures were made to advise the buyer that such fixtures were not part of the sale).Not to be judgmental, but two of the items you intended to sell definitely belong with the house; so why not just leave them all so that you keep your word on some of what you originally promised?

Todays cars are barely broke in at 100,000 miles and you will find if the drive train is in good shape on an auto you can just put 100 a month aside for repairs and oil changes and be able to have reliable transportation for 3 to 4 years on a 4000 dollar car that is paid for in cash.

I want to get us a house soooo dang bad its pitiful, the area is not a good area for my son to go out and play so we have him stay inside mostly unless he is in school...One of the main reasons why I want to get into RE Investments, its a good vehicle to make the money I need and I can also find ways to get things fund, the harder part is going to these homes to fix them up to sell, I have no transportation but I am sure I can work around that, Home Depot does deliver lol...
