@Carlos Esparza seems like you have already made a different plan of attack for each of these markets based on your experience, comfort level, contacts, etc. by wanting to do a mobile home in SA or a rental property in Iowa.

I will definitely be attacking expireds and FSBOs but am thinking about ways to rapidly expand my business in years 2 - 3 once I have some working capital to reinvest in myself and my business. 

This is the closest opportunity in months that I have had to get another property and I do not know how to attack this situation.

I'm kind of in a panic attack mode because I told them I would give them an answer tomorrow.
