I am a native New Yorker who now lives in CA and I would love to have access to public transportation to Manhattan near my home(s) so when I visit my properties I could make side trips to Manhattan and see my friends there! 

For the record it is hard to take criticism and not react emotionally, it happens all the time in my business.

Plus its a native run so its all catch and release and the locals generally are all meat fishermen and wont fish this river..

Austin has higher population/job growth, and is appreciating to near-California levels (I'm an inland SoCal native myself).

As a Midwest native who lives on the west coast myself, I think it's prudent to stay in Kansas City and worked towards financial independence there.

I'm looking for how they react to trouble, that there response is dedication, action and effort to the end.

Please do not react emotionally to sell and make a bad situation worse.  

As a native of Ohio but now a resident of Massachusetts I can attest to the value of Ohio as an out-of-state investor.
