So basically that "Side" has been getting pretty much everything it wants, and any attempts by local landlord organizations like RHAWA to mitigate or offer practical alternate approaches result in at best token concessions or the usually "greedy rich exploitative priveleged landlord lobby" narrative or some subset thereof.

You'll earn way more in repeat and referral business versus being a greedy wholesaler trying to get a 20% profit or whatever.You can still keep it off the MLS and use your network of cash buyers.

I am not high-frequency trader type by nature, with "balanced" risk/performance views if to be characterized by wall street terms... my goal to be equal or above 8% yield (really want to say 10% :)) while learning notes, hopefully getting into riskier assets with time (NPN) and getting into 15-18% territory within 3-5 years.
