As far as trustworthiness, I trust this company and stand by them 100%!

I'm saying this as a 15 year, out-of-state investor - my recommendation is to ALWAYS choose whatever city you have the most trustworthy contacts in.

They're left to hope that strangers with something to sell are trustworthy.

People don't trust someone solely based on the number of posts one has, they trust them becuase they have consistently given good advice, and become trustworthy.

@Paul SofiaThat is a truly large ask from a biz broker it is a rather interesting community with a lot of characters and certainly not filled with a ton of amazing and trustworthy operators. 

personally leaning towards a trustworthy PM to whom I can deliver major furniture and asking their team to build a set up big items, like bed, sofa etc. appliances are delivered anyway, so a team from my PM would have to meet them there.

As the title says, I would like to purchase a few (or a couple of larger) multifamily properties to cash-flow at least $10K per month (ideally $12K/mo.).The criteria are mainly:-B-class properties/locations (i.e. no "ghetto" properties)-Professionally managed by a reputable/trustworthy company (not fly-by-night operations)-Looking mainly in Texas DFW, San Antonio, Austin, Houston) & Wisconsin (Milwaukee and surrounding areas)What kind of investment would this require? 

Not looking for the cheapest guy, just the most trustworthy and reliable.
