What I found was a bit different...nearly all of the 2 hour session was a guest speaker, who started off being very interesting, but then started showing $80k profit deals and testimonials of massive success from "students."

Chris Naugle invited me to table/present my funding options for investors at his Flip Out Academy networking event last week and the guest speaker was Joseph L.

There are about 100 people or more in the group nice people but I think 3/4 of the meeting is spent with "guest speaker" who is a get rich quick scam program.  

Tyler Moore   Look up Bruce Norris and the Norris group in LA.. his son post on BP he is a renowned speaker and much sought after for his HML acumen.

Bill and Alison provide a great lineup of speakers with no pitching and a very good selection of vendors out in the hallway.
