No offense here intended, but how much experience do you have with commercial construction?

Having spent time in court watching arraignments I would guess many dont own a home... but I you could screen on offenses.

No offense, but if you're stuck at this step, you're going to find the rest of the process overwhelming.Ultimately, the name of the registered business is not very important -- you can always use a DBA if you want to change it. 

I take offense to your statement  LOL.. :) give us RE brokers a break.No question some are just starting.. and no questions some may have the experience level as someone like myself.. or other piers of mine.. but we usually are not working with newbies..

Most sellers have emotional ties to their property and take direct offense to low offers. 

It is a criminal offense that the cities prosecute if you fail to register. 

@Christian E Hardin I am going to say something offensive.  

I would go to the resident and -- if the wardrobe is their idea of cool yard art -- see if there's a substitute that you could buy and swap at Walmart, or at least paint is a "park-service green" so that it's less offensive.
