I'm very disappointed right now, and trying to decide what to do.

I've not been disappointed yet after many, many transactions with her (I'm an investor, agent, and lawyer, so I'm looking at it from a few angles). 

It was very disappointing as I've been trying to find a source for info of this kind for a while, and I thought I'd found it, but that error on my home was a HUGE red flag.

I have the cash but I am not in a position to do this for the medium/longer term rental income, and if flipping isn't a viable strategy right now I would rather be clear about this before trying to make it work and then being disappointed.

In my opinion, there's really no excuse not to make the place safe for children (was disappointed to see that the selling landlord had this 5 years and just checked off the "don't know" box on lead paint when there is obviously a lot of painting that needs done...so that tells me, "don't know, don't care"); hopefully common sense prevails all around on the law (which is what we expect in NH!)  

I know everyone can just say that’s the way it is but nevertheless still disappointing.

I cannot hand over my years of hard work to a PM only to be disappointed.

I am so disappointed with their their service. 

That leads to disappointment and feeling jaded.

If you were to pay it off after one month your payoff would be $299,631.13 Disappointing, I know.
