I did it all at home whenever I had a spare moment. 

I go through a lot more heavy coats of primer than I do sparing coats of paint in renovations, and while the bulk of it is Kilz2, a lot of it is oil-based Kilz Original and my problem-solving stink and adhesion primer is Kilz Complete.

It may appear something very simple that anyone can do in their spare time, but it is a full time business.

I agree with @Rob Hakes It looks like there are loads of folks in Ogden with extra cash to spare that needs to be parked outside a bank account so they may be less concerned about return rates.

I'm self employed and work from home so any spare time I have I like looking at the MLS and playing with the numbers. 

We called them landlords.In 1959 Bill Nickerson, a California Telephone Company employee, wrote and had published a book titled " How I Turned $3,000 into $1,000,000 By Investing In Real Estate In My Spare Time".  

Con: Not much time for outside REI hobbies, but you learn the business and have enough savings.I think it boils down to decent savings and decent amount of free-time vs high industry/market competency, high savings, but very low spare timeThanks!

I have a hard time telling the difference between B and C, if you have got a spare second that is.....

I have talked to many people "considering" a 1st investment over the last several years, but then spend their spare income on a new car or furniture instead and give up the dream.
