I bought a big contractor bag at lowes - I don't remember how much maybe $45

In a crunch I do the "Bed In A Bag" from WalMart. 

But workers with tool bags and boots will eat LVL in 6 months.

but to underwrite a loan then say Hey we will buy it.. that's not in a true lenders bag of approved tricks.

The apt was empty except two grocery bags of belongings, a mattress on the floor, and broken furniture on curb.

Since no one knows the authenticity of those liens no one with any sense is going to loan any money on it without it being sorted out.

I have had people change their minds at the very last minute, and you dont want to get left holding the bag with no money, no lease and you have lost revenue for all the time

They don't close the bags and there often is food in these bags.

HOWEVER, as I'm sure you've read by now, there are plenty of charlatans out there just looking to sell you whatever dressed-up dumpster fire they happen to have on hand and then leave you holding the bag.

Sure, this means we'd be living off bag of ramen and being home hermits, but we would be able to cover both.
