Important : only general area ( north , northwest, south, east, and etc )

But stable cities (not declining in population or with really high crime rates) and higher cash flow markets (usually midwest or southeast) tend to be better out-of-state buy and hold markets.

These are always fun to hear about it, especially from us making it happen here in the southeast corner of the lovely Mitten State.
