Yes, foreclosures could start popping up sometime early next year in those non-judicial states before others, but depends on the results of the vaccine, if they are satisfactory then we wont see a big wave of foreclosures, only those that couldn't survive, for which we will have a big army of hungry investors outbidding each other in a low rate environment. 

I was 26, i started building a house ,$160k, before I left the Army in 2007. moved in 2008, just 1 month after leaving military. by 2010 it was down to $72k. we just up and left it, our street only had 6 occupied homes and over 15 who had short sold or just up and left also. we foreclosed,  and bought current house in 2018, had to rebuild credit, did not file bankruptcy, saved 10k and got a va loan for our current house and a 690 credit score

I have my BS in mechanical engineering and now do life cycle cost modeling for the Army. 

This does not take into consideration the maintenance which will take a small army just to check on the properties cut the grass.The marketing budget has to be in the high 7 figures.  

Time and time again, I hear that the military (Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard) are constantly moving people into the area which means that compared to other markets, we are stabilized and don't have as much volatility as other markets.
