In our area, 60% of the annual revenue is generated between Memorial Day and August 15.  

I think it would be good to keep the house in the family considering all the memories I have there.

You mentioned Security Analysis by Graham - I haven't read it for many years, and my memory is foggy on it, but I recall a few principal principles which I think are applicable to your post(for those who haven't read it, Buffett credits much of his investment style to the teachings of Benjamin Graham.)

Most Security systems only maintain footage for 2 weeks dueto camera memory capacity.I.

Capitalism at it's most basic would dictate a correction of some sort -- an increase in supply, movement of consumers, lowering of expectations, decrease in price, etc.My primary concern at this point is what will the banks do over the next year or so -- THEY remember the bloodbath, even if it's faded from the memory of the average consumer.

The season is only 12 weeks from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 

I live in Baltimore now but have very good memories of Laurel!  

Part of the problem I run into now is comparing currently available deals to the memory of my first few that were so much easier and more profitable.

I am going off of memory here and will have to look up files to confirm accuracy.
