I love to connect with others to talk about what I've learned so far, if it means helping others create a similar empire. 

I am always looking at deal and looking to continue building the empire.

I see your point though if my goal is to build a bigger empire :) 

Cash flow enough that myself AND my wife can "quit" the rat race and decide what we want to do with our time from there. keep building the empire. 5 year plan each number goal corresponds with where I would like to be in that particular year...I am a grinder though and believe I can accomplish this in less that half the time. 

As the empire expands, a variety of financial structures get the deal.

Inland empire or up into Lancaster area.for Oregon.. you could get those price points in southern OR in Medford Grants pass.K falls...

If not, I wouldn't worry too much until you get a rental empire.
