http://www.apartment-building-real-estate-investment-for-the-rest-of-us.com/active-real-estate-investor.html Of course I want to find a good market and wish I had a crystal ball to be able to do this. :) Especially, I would love to find property at a greatly reduced purchase price, that didn't take much in the way of work or expense to improve, in an area with good rents and likely to keep increasing in value vs inflation.
