If you do then you know if the project is worth.....or not.in my area, as land is very expensive, i don't have to do calculate so exhaustively for project because I know it's all worthwhile to do.The problem is, I see many times where the ready-to-move-in house is priced appropriately while the flipping home is priced way more expensive, although in the paper it seems the move-in ready house is having a higher price than the flip house.
