Hi BP community,I'm currently a senior in highschool soaking up a ton of information from podcasts and books on real estate investing.

My question: If a tenant soaks the streets with a garden hose, seems like they mail a fine, if the tenant leaves, is the owner stuck with the fine, may be an unpaid fine that grows into a lien?

I am merely soaking it up like a sponge.

I have been soaking up as much information as possible over the last 3 months or so, and couldn't be more excited to implement my ongoing knowledge into the marketplace.

I tend to have a super lax attitude toward people because of the traveling I have done believe it or not.I have been to 23 different countries and have seen and met so many different types of people I kind of just soak them in now no matter how they come, how they are or what they say.   

Attend as many local meetups as you can and soak up all of this free knowledge here on BP. 

There is a ton of great information on this site and I encourage you to soak up as much as possible! 

I have been soaking up information here in the short month or so that I have been here (listened to 30+ podcasts, read articles, participated in a webinar, and ordered every book).

If there's hardwood or laminate, you're probably looking at prying that up as well to replace some of the soaked subfloor underneath.
