I had checked out the software you mentioned, but I relooked at them just to update myself:booking ninja: this was and still seems specifically for STR/boarding houses (and even offer more flexibility but is nonetheless short term)unless I am mistaken

How come when the tenant gives the LL notice of termination it is simply giving notice but vice versus is often mistakenly called an eviction.
