I believe there may a small hiccup in the next few years where the market will level out and may appear to decrease slightly as it corrects.

Only hiccup you might run into is it has to be paid together, so it isn't done through escrow if you have mortgages on the rentals.

The more properties, equity, and rents that you can collect; the easier it should be if you have a hiccup in your operations. 

(make those pillars stand out - two tone paint maybe)plant some seasonal plants along side of walk away and by bricks removing the left bush and if you have the money change that front door as well.
