Durable, looks good, waterproof in most cases and the cost is reasonable.If floors are hardwood and can be refinished we have done that on a few but it has to be worth doing as the cost is on par with LVP in many areas.We used to do tile in bathrooms and even kitchens but feedback from realtors and other flippers is that this is no longer a must-do and not worth the effort

Other than that we did the kitchen floor to ceiling, and we had the hardwoods redone the rest was mostly cosmetic smoothing walls and repainting and updating old hardware. we did a fair amount landscaping and tree trimming that really made the yard look much bigger!

I have a quote for $5k- The hard wood is in terrible shape but I'm recommended that they are refinished in order to preserve the building's historical integrity and because new flooring would be more expensive.
