I think the agency is called Brightwell, or something, but the rental income per unit is very decent and I think most of the tenants are in leases.Personally, I would  not buy this property because it would take a huge chunk out of the investment capital I have and putting down $2,000,000+ is like putting all my eggs in one basket.

You are really risking a lot by putting all those eggs in one basket.

Curious if anyone goes  extra lengths to put out some type of welcome basket for each guest?

I grow alot of heirloom fruits and veggies. 

It can be but most people put all their eggs in one basket rather than focus on getting a larger basket (i.e, getting more deal flow). 

Our thought also is if one market has an unusual shift for some reason, all of our eggs are not in that basket.

Think of it as a first line of defense for low hanging fruit.
