Respectfully to all here, I have escaped the 10 year market cycle and sold high, realized all kinds of cash flow on these condos (again I want to mention they had HOA fees I could not control) for much much higher cash flow, further deferring my taxes.I'm sure, the next phase will be refinancing or 1031 exchanging these Apartment complexes and following proven methods that true Multifamily owners have followed for decades and will now follow for centuries.
