Sam Leon laundry room lights

I have a duplex that I am getting ready for rental. Each unit has its own laundry room, each laundry room has its own door, entrance lock, and inside is that unit's own washer, dryer, a utility sink, hot water heater and storage cabinets. Each room is about 66" by 60" and has an old fashion chain pulling light, just a bare bulb.I would like to switch these out but do not feel like doing the work of running a switch to the space by the door so I am thinking of a motion sensor light. But most motion sensor lights are outdoor security lights.
