Are you contemplating a purchase?

I'd hate to compare transcripts :) But anyway, I've contemplated finding a way to insert my skills into the RE world, and haven't yet.

It provides a heat map + datahttps://www.trulia.com/real_estate/Indianapolis-In...According to the map, it's not the worst part of town, but there was a person who went missing last month and several cases of theft/battery/assault on that block since the start of the year.

Most of these guys were convicted of drug offenses or simple assault. 

I'd much rather just be able to keep part of their deposit, but I realize that method would be ripe for host abuse.I have never seriously contemplated renting via Craigslist for several reasons:  It's rife with scammers; Airbnb's communication system "protects" me to some extent (I try to do all my communication with guests through their inbox); and I cannot secure reviews (or review guests) if I get them from Craigslist. 

For example I'm pretty sure if a tenant is going around and assaulting other tenants the program will no longer protect them.

Just to Keep you guys updated Trenton is underway for major developments over the next 20 years proposed plans back in Dec 21 2021 called Trenton 250 to redevelop the city of Trenton and to bring it back to life, I know alot of people are contemplating if they want to invest in Trenton so maybe this will help.

Small businesses are starved for capital right now and there is an all-out assault on capital formation from our incompetent leaders in Congress.

At the risk of speaking for him, I think the reason he has found comfort in this is he realizes that the 50% axiom need not be an assault on the business of flipping rental property so much as a tool to promote it.
