I can tell you its been the subject of many get rich quick schemes on this board alone for at least 13 years.I can also tell you I apply the DOS clause every time it crosses my desk. if it were me, the chance that the lender doesn't accelerate the loan often, isn't good enough for me to make that financial decision to do it.
