This allows for comparisons to be made more readily.I'm not sure that you will be in a good position to produce a schedule before having chosen a contractor, given this is your first rehab effort; get input from the contractors and subs as to what would be a reasonable timeframe given the scope of work you have.

Kids get out of college to appease their parents and now have 50,000 to 100,000 of debt and are flipping burgers at mickey d's.College can be a benefit if the right profession is chosen,the kid is passionate about the field,and loan costs are kept to a minimum.Going to college just to go is a waste of time.My friends and I went for a few years and would always be playing pool in between classes.

My wife and I have chosen RE investing because of:The Cash Flow Factor Tax Benefits (to help keep more of our hard earned money) Wealth Creation / Net Worth Security (well, more then most other investments anyway - because everyone needs shelter)If you notice, wealthy people always have real estate in their holdings (including politicians who want to impose higher taxes on the rich - funny how that works).
