NJ native and due to contacts there I manage a few there (AC, Ventnor, and Tuckerton Near LBI). 

I am referring to "developed" nations, not places with naked natives and/or dictators.  

I am a native of Charlotte NC, I have witnessed the growth of the city while receiving my first Real Estate Broker license in 2003.

I'm a CLT native and realtor here and I've talked myself out of more than one listing this year (but truly believe that is best for my clients). 

Even if you find a great property manager - you still have to manage the asset which includes corresponding with the PM, addressing issues like vacancy and repairs, reading and reacting to reports, replacing tenants and all of the other issues that come up. 

We average 2-300 cycles a day and maintain another 26 RWY's in small rural native villages.

I am open to buying a good deal, with my parents help, if it crosses my path but I want to better understand the process; I want to make offers weekly just to see how the numbers work but I am not sure how a real estate would react to sending 2-3 offers weekly to a college student who doesn't have an official pre-approval, (although I have used better.com and amerisave.com to see what i qualify for using a soft pull on credit), nor a full time job just yet.Does anyone have any advice?

The amount of time she works makes me angry, but I bite my tongue because she enjoys what she enjoys cleaning the apartment common areas and like most Filipinos she has a massive amount of flowers, plants and native plants from the Philippines at every property we own.

I am a native New Yorker who now lives in CA and I would love to have access to public transportation to Manhattan near my home(s) so when I visit my properties I could make side trips to Manhattan and see my friends there! 

For the record it is hard to take criticism and not react emotionally, it happens all the time in my business.
