Hi All,My partner and I are in the beginning phases of purchasing our first multi-family investment property in Brooklyn, NY.

Our focus is wholesaling and rehabbing distressed properties in Brooklyn and Queens.

Ten years ago they were high crime areas that have been completely turned redeveloped into booming areas (Similar to many parts of Brooklyn). 

But growing up in Brooklyn, I can only imagine how hard/expensive things are.

I grew up in Brooklyn and lived in Jersey City for a couple of years, so know those areas best.
