Get a good digital camera for 200 bucks.. you'll use it again,, take nice staged photos.. get staging accessories and keep tags on so you can return the stuff..

Interesting that the poster kept away from the Univision cameras though, even after I gave the reporter his address.Better yet, after doing a little research, I find out this guy actually bought one of the most expensive buildings sold in the past 2 years, which was totally rehabbed after being purchased by a contractor as a short-sale for 1/3rd the sale price.

You can also use a phone app called CamScanner that does a pretty good job of using your phone’s camera to take a picture of a document and it converts it into a scanned PDF.
