It's all cloud based and you can set your teams restrictions.

For those of you who are flipping on a large scale, what (if any) cloud managed project management software do you use and why? 

If you want cloud-based, you will need to pay for internet to be able to access from anywhere.

Make sure they are good attorneys in that space, not just some ambulance chaser.

The seller has tried the phone number of the Whole Seller and Whole Seller does not answer, does not have a voicemail set up, and does not respond to text it appears.What can be done to clear this cloud of title in the most cost-effective manner?

I guess I could also use some the standard site such as Rent-Redi or Tenant Cloud  and just forego a separate website altogether.

I was briefly looking into the following;  Doorloop, Buildium, Cozy, Steeza, RentRedi, YardiBreez, Tenant Cloud and Innago.    

So if the SWD cannot be conveyed due to clouded title from extraneous liens, they cannot sell the property to you and you will get your deposit back.
