I’m assuming the properties closest to the beach are highest cash flow.

It's not like you're trying to sell steaks, or gutters, or even roof replacements.

I remember I walked 2 miles to the closest market and I went store to store asking store owners if they needed help with anything.

my day job is buying extreme hoarder houses here in Oregon and demo ing them for new builds.. its simply incredible that filth some people live in.. most landlords that are beginners and were raised in what I would call a normal house in a normal state of cleanliness just cant imagine for 2 seconds the closest they come is watching the extreme hoarder TV show..

I've been looking for someone who may have asked a question I have and this is the closest thread but answer my question because of the nuiance.I got a desktop appraisal done on my property when I bought the home last month and it came back favorable.

I was hoping something like emir at realtor.com but I'm not sure if that exists (I am an active NAR member).. closest I could find was info at email.realtor which I'm ehhhh about.Unfortunately emir at gmail.com or anything related to my name is not available unless I add a random number to it...Looking for suggestions.
