I have been ousted twice by cash buyers and am currently still in the running on a current offer for a 4 family down here in Southeast Massachusetts.

It isn’t even in the running.Cities in south east and west are the cities ranked among the top 30 cities for population growth forecasts.

I've done some research and found a few establishments to get licensed, but I want to know where you would recommend to go or where you have attended and received a good education in Southeast Michigan.

I have been trying to expand my search area to surrounding states but also to looking at areas for long distance (Midwest, southeast) it’s a tough tine to buy but someone is doing it so it’s about adjusting to find a deal and make it work or looking to other marketing methods like Skylar Simpson mentioned.

I’m most familiar with southeast Florida.
