I am a new investor and I am looking to either flip a property or buy a distressed property and then rent it out.I have the 7-day free trial to Propstream and I have no idea what I should search for.Could someone please provide me detailed tips on what exactly to look for and how to navigate that website and what kind of searches to run.The more detailed the better.Any other advice how to generally look for a deal is welcomed.Thanks so much!
