I am looking for suggestions on speakers for a group of investors who are buying small commercial projects. 

Do you tape seminars or broadcast via zoom any of the speakers?  

Being the skeptic that I am, I attended one of these seminars ran by one of his speakers, and it was very infomercial-like showing uplifting stories and large sum checks that people loved.

The speaker needs a new chair to sit in. 

Unless they state that they want English speakers for the position.My humble advice to you as someone who lives here for 14 years - invest in learning the language, and while at it, try to find jobs that are aimed at the English-speaking market.

If the speaker shows you palm trees, blue water (swimming pools or beaches) and expensive cars and promises you never ending sources of secret deals and niche investment opportunities, you probably have just discovered the promoters of the gurus of real estate.Before you pay the full annual fee, show up and check it out for one night.

Chris Naugle invited me to table/present my funding options for investors at his Flip Out Academy networking event last week and the guest speaker was Joseph L.

He works incredibly hard to put together fantastic meetings with wonderful speakers.

We are buy and hold focused off the bat and want to someday have that dream portfolio of as many doors (I'll use doors rather than houses as we hope to get some multifamily going), so when I hear that most of the podcast speakers focus on 15% cash on cash returns to their equity (or down payment) I then seem to turn around and have people discussing that it may not be that easy.
