This would probably be true if the vapor was truly just water, but the primary ingredients in e-juice are propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin, both of which are actually a very thin oil.  

Clearly you dont know how touchy this subject is..the first thing ppl want to do is label you as someone who is trying you sell  something and I make it clear several times that is not the case with me.  

:@James WiseI understand why the discussion comes into play but when the term slimy is used regarding strategies like this or wholesaling it still baffles me that people are judged when using creative strategies when most investors talk about buying properties off market for .60 on the dollar I don’t see how this is worse.There are always bad actors in any arena of business but labeling the strategy with this kind of taboo seems silly.

@Roy N.If you have the entire building completely required and clearly labeled what goes where, the utility technician may be agreeable to use what you provide. 

But there are agents that understand and cater to owner occ as well as work with investors.. and understand what Cap rate is  GRM  and or any of the other alphabet labels. 

too funny you know what I did for my vendor clients in Mississippi who have the same bad laws.I would just package it myself and label OLIVE OIL... there ya go the secret is out.

I can tell you are curious and respectful and you pay attention and ask questions etc...all great ingredients of successful entrepreneur.
