The reason they are so low is because received Court docs, and police report, and identity theft.

Two identical building side by side managed by the same company can have NOI's of say $100,000 for one and $200,000 for the other because of the timing of their leasing.  

They may just want all of your information to steal your identity.

Brent Coombs I hadn't thought of it that way, but another good point to consider...and when I do, the MF comes up short.The Fourplex's asking price is $225, we offered $210k (looks like one owner is unloading a set - other identical fourplexes of his have sold for $190-215k in the past year).

If not, I would recommend Buildium, as they are almost identical to Appfolio but offer two pricing tiers.  

Its also pretty much identical to home I purchase for $155k. 

And, all their communication is via text or email because they are "deaf".Now I get to field calls all day and all night attempting to verify the identity or legitimacy of this person's claims.
