I am here to research the possibility of investing in real estate properties to rent out and then putting in gray water, composting in the yard and solar power systems.

I’m not “dumb” to the process I just need help to fill in some gray area and have more of a hands on experience.

@Stephanie Diemel I lived in Seattle for nearly five years and got my feet wet in real estate investing in Aberdeen in Grays Harbor County.

I know we're not soliciting for listings, but I've seen it recommended to avoid those properties as to eliminate any gray area.

I've painted my rentals and flips in a Lowe's Valspar Dover Gray.

There is but you are correct there is still some gray area though using auto dialers whether its robo dialing, ringless voicemail, auto texting or even cold calling with auto dialers.
