For instance, if Buyer has not cancelled/terminated the contract to seller in writing, THEN the Buyer agrees to proceed past inspection to closing, etc.Different than I understood it through past realtors but sounds like there is no harm in the OP submitting another offer. 

That being said, unless there is something I am unware of there would be no harm in adding that language on the deed.

The park owner is NOT depriving you of any use of your property, you are not being harmed, because you can move your home to friendlier parks.
