Is taking out a distribution equivalent to a percentage change in ownership, as though my 50% stake in a building would become 25%(or however much agreed upon)?

Show up for a couple-hours speaking gig a few times a month and make the equivalent profit of multiple home-run deals without ever having to freeze or sweat your butt off in crusty old houses with no heat or AC.We all (well, most of us) do what we do in order to get paid. 

I'm going to ask for the equivalent of half rent for the next 6 months just in the case the tenant comes back to me saying sales are down.  

I know that there's a couple of different options available to the American market, but I haven't been able to find anything about a Canadian equivalent.

Alternatively, give them a portion of your lot equivalent to the portion you're taking away (effectively makes the property line zig-zagged) so make it equitable.

Mortgage is not a debt but a gift from goverment where you can secure an appreciating asset with the money that's always on dis-inflation mode, so you always "win".My mortgage if I still use the same note was like $1500 ; currently it's equivalent of $10,000 with appreciation,inflation,today's rate and so on.IF your area has reduced inventory but house to income ratio is increasing, buy now even with 20% rate LOL (just househack to cover yourself).This market doesn't care if we're nurse or Phd but it would reward those who strategically investing.
