I felt so disappointed.

On that note, I also see agriculture as one of our greatest resources.At the end of the day, America will remain strong, the USD will remain the world's reserve currency and those who bail out of the US now will be sorely disappointed.

Remember to keep your eye on the goal and don't get distracted by disappointment.

They fail to disappoint

They get disappointed when they see that high cap rate with few years left and lender wants a ton down and 15 year amortization which takes away any extra cash flow they think they are getting.
