When I refer to a commercial loan I just mean not necessarily conforming to the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac type loan that will be purchased in the secondary market.

My only caveat: if paying more aggressive lowers the balance enough to go from Jumbo -> Super Conforming or Super Conforming -> Conforming.
