cuz of the climatic zone 12 or something like that (not USDA zone) in which i can grow mangoes, etc.So thanksl its really reassuring that amount doesn't change except for small annual incremental increases as u say. in the interim for as long as i hold.only gripe is that by the time i sell, i would have to pay even more in sale price as well as tax assessment by then. so tsk, tsk, what to do?
