Basically, in the approval letter there will be provision that will say something like "there cannot be another transaction pending", or something else like "the property cannot be resold within 30 days".Simply put, to get around them, you may need to hold for several days, use separate title companies for the a to b and b to c, or try and contest the langauge.After you get an approval, you need to look for this language with your title company.
