My understanding is that you can find cash flowing properties but they do behave like primary markets.

Your speaking of this like it behaves as a step progression...today's weather is what it is, and then 100 years later it gets hotter. 

If the seller is behaving that way what else are they being unethical about?  

It might be an issue with legal citizens who have poor credit (if charging a double deposit is not allowed), but I'm sure anyone who's undocumented probably won't complain as they may be having hurdles finding a place to stay and don't want to draw attention to themselves, so they might pay a double deposit.If it's legal in my area, I think I'll do that, charge a double deposit for anyone who has poor credit.

It behaves like an HELOC, and i love the product and the interest rate is light higher than conventional.

Yeah I’m in the douglasville area I go to Augusta through out the week for deliveries on my trucking route which makes it alittle easier to be have boots on the ground

You won't be having to pay as many fees but will still get a commission off each property you buy and sell.
